Robert Thibodeau is a 12 year Army veteran, serving as both enlisted and as a commissioned Cavalry Officer. He is also a retired law enforcement supervisor.

After his retirement, he started his radio career and, within six months, accepted an opportunity to be on nationwide AM radio.

He started the online Christian radio platform "Evangelism Radio" in the fall of 2010 and grew this station to be rated #1 in the world by Shoutcast. com in only 18 months. The radio station has been operating 24/7 since October 2010 and continues to support Christian broadcasters from around the country.

In 2017, he founded the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast and conducts interviews with Christian authors, musicians, business leaders and influencers (as well as pastors and ministry leaders) from around the world. In the first three years, he has conducted over 750 interviews and published over 900 episodes.

He established the first ever Christian Podcast hosting platform, "FaithCasters.net" that serves Christian podcasters exclusively.

He also has personally developed a podcast coaching program that helps Christian podcasters start a podcast or grow an existing podcast.
